Caleb Lesch, CRNA

Caleb is the co-founder and owner of illuminate. He is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over 10 years of experience.  He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia at VCU in 2014 with a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. His experience spans from the operating rooms of open-heart surgeries to being the sole anesthesia provider at office-based gastroenterology clinics.

While Caleb is fascinated by the pharmacodynamics and physiology of anesthesia, his true passion lies in establishing a safe and nurturing environment for patients undergoing anesthesia while facilitating feelings of safety throughout their procedure. Patient safety is his top priority, and he handles each case with vigilance and an individualized protocol.

Caleb is a person in long-term recovery and discovered his higher purpose in the field of mental health and chronic pain treatment through his own journey of transformation and triumph. He understands firsthand the devastating effects of mental illness, addiction, and chronic pain, and is on a mission to make lasting changes for those who still suffer.  He is committed to exemplifying the high ethical standards of the CRNA profession and is a graduate of the Ketamine Academy, IV Therapy Academy, and advocates for mental health through community service and public speaking.  Caleb stands in the possibility of empowering patients through courage, compassion, integrity, and transparency.
